Registration cost $135.00 per player or $540.00 per team. The entry fee includes range balls, golf, registration gift, goodie bag, a subscription to a golf magazine and BBQ dinner.  Deadline for entries is September 1, 2010 first come, first served.  *$45.00 of your entry fee is tax deductible.

Time:     1:00 pm Shotgun Start

             BBQ Dinner, Awards and Silent Auction immediately following golf tournament.

Where:  TPC Champions Course, 17020 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ

Hole-in-One Car:  Jaguar North Scottsdale

You may enter individually or as a team.  To enter more than one individual golfer: 1. Enter name of Golfer #1 and add to cart. 2. Click Continue Shopping at bottom of shopping cart page to return to this page. 3. Enter Golfer #2 and add to cart. 4. Return to step 2 for subsequent individuals.
