Fairytale Tea

The 6th Annual Fairytale Tea was a huge success! As our guest speaker Susan Hall put it, The Fairytale Tea is not something that can be described, it has to be experienced. Thank you to all of those who attended this year’s Tea and helped HEAL raise $27,000 towards the mission of supporting Arizona mothers through cancer recovery.

The Fairytale Tea was festive and fun! All of the Tea Table Hosts did an amazing job on creating some of the most creative table scapes we have seen in 6 years at the Tea. The day was also filled with laughter and tears and I hope all of our guests left with a heart as full as mine. We have a generous community and we have built up a Village of partners in HEALing. HEAL is so grateful to you all!

Thank the Committee Chairs Colleen Katz, Karen Phelps and Dawn Fasano. A special thanks goes out to Lisa Schneider-Cipriano for being our emcee for the day, to Susan Hall for bravely sharing her daughter Rhonda’s story and to Denium Elle for the gift of her beautiful voice.

Congratulations to our Best in Show winners!

1st Place – Susan Hall and Rhonda Ross for their HEAL Land Table.
2nd Place – Karen Phelp’s for her Peter Pan Table
3rd Place – Michelle Preston for her Willy Wonka Table

And Traci Cook and her Wizard of Oz friends won the table best matching their theme, all had on ruby red slippers and the Best Hat went to Lisa King!

The 7th Annual Fairytale Tea will be on April 6, 2014!
