2020 Fairytale Tea Sponsorship/Underwriting Opportunities

Happily Ever After League invites you to become a Corporate Sponsor for our 12th Annual Fairytale Tea.   There are many items we are in need of for a successful fundraising event, such as entertainment, a/v, printing, centerpieces, decorations, flowers, etc. Please consider either purchasing a sponsorship or underwriting an event expense. This will enable HEAL in keeping the goal of never turning away a mom in need.

By supporting our fundraiser, you place your organization in front of executives, community leaders, and civic-minded individuals committed to making a difference in the lives of Arizona Moms recovering from cancer and the financial burden that comes with this type of diagnosis.

Queen for a Day – There is one package available, first come, first serve – $5,000

Entertainment Underwriter – $2,500

Photo Booth Underwriter – $2,000

  • Company Logo on Step & Repeat Banner

Dessert Underwriter – $1,500

  • Company Logo on dessert or dessert amenity upon departure

Signature Beverage Underwriter – $1,500

  • Signature Beverage on display with Logo/Napkin OR
  • Signage and recognition with passed champagne/napkins upon guest arrival

If you are unable to attend our Fairytale Tea but would still like to be part of it, please consider making a monetary donation. We will recognize you as a donor accordingly. Your monetary donation is 100% tax-deductible.

Ongoing Sponsorship/Underwriting Opportunities

HEAL consider a sponsorship and underwriting opportunity for our Charity Events. By underwriting event expenses, you will help HEAL keep the goal of never turning away a mom in need.

HEAL’s mission is to nurture, facilitate and provide support services to mothers in Arizona diagnosed with cancer living with at least one dependent child. One of the ways we fulfill that mission is through our fundraising events and our HEALing House.

Since 2004 we have been helping Arizona moms and maintaining our goal of never turning away a mom in need. But keeping that promise can’t be done without help from individuals and businesses in the community. Sponsors can underwrite the costs of our Charity Events and allow the organization to continue the mission of support to Arizona moms.

Fundraisers:

Visit our Events page for upcoming HEAL’s upcoming fundraisers.  If you have a group/club or team that would like to host a fundraiser on behalf of HEAL please contact us for more information.  We are always welcome to new ideas and suggestions.

You can plan a walk, car wash or garage sale and help raise valuable funds to give back to the cancer community.
