Event Description

On November 9, 2025, HEAL will host the Fairytale Tea at the beautiful Arizona Biltmore Golf Club. Guests will not only sip tea and enjoy the magical table decor, they will also be inspired by the strength and resilience of the testimonies of the amazing mom’s HEAL serves.

The event program is everything from entertaining to heartwarming.

Event Ticket Purchase Information

The “Early Bird” price for the Fairytale Tea is $125.00 per person. Early Bird payment must be received by September 30, 2025. From October 1 - October 17, the price for an individual event ticket to the Tea increases to $150 per person. All event tickets must be paid for prior to the event by October 17. We do not sell event tickets at the door.

Guests are invited by a Host/Hostess. Individual seats are available for those who may not be at a Hosted Tea Table or should a Hosted Tea Table sell out. Such individuals can be seated at our “Be Our Guest” tables. We have a limited number of these seats so individuals should go online and register using “Be Our Guest” as the Host/Hostess name as soon as possible.

Raffle Tickets can only be purchased when an Event Ticket is purchased or at the event. We encourage you to pre-purchase Raffle Tickets online prior to the Tea.  This is a timesaving option.

  • Your Raffle Tickets will include your name on the tickets.
  • The Golden Ticket Candy Bars (special day of raffle) are reserved for the first 100 guests who pre-purchase $100 in Raffle Tickets. The Golden Ticket winner will receive a special raffle donation that we have saved specifically for this prize!
  • All Event Ticket and Raffle Ticket online sales must be purchased by October 17.
  • These pre-paid Raffle Tickets can be picked up at check-in.

Happily Ever After League invites you to become an Event Sponsor for our Annual Fairytale Tea. There are many opportunities to offset costs for a successful fundraising event. This includes entertainment, audio visual, printing, centerpieces, decorations, flowers and our signature drink. Please consider purchasing a Sponsorship, donating a Raffle/Silent Auction Item, or directly donating. Your support directly impacts moms at the time of their immediate need.

By supporting our fundraiser, you place your organization in front of executives, community leaders, and civic-minded individuals committed to making a difference in the lives of Arizona Moms recovering from cancer and the financial burden that comes with this type of diagnosis.
